儿童肥胖症呈世界流行，最近一些研究表明青春期前及青春期女孩肥胖与高雄激素血症（ HA）有关，而HA是多囊卵巢综合征的先兆，肥胖相关性 HA已逐渐引起学者和临床医师的重视。肥胖女孩雄激素水平增高的原因复杂而多样，目前该领域研究甚少，可能与胰岛素抵抗及高胰岛素血症、黄体生成素异常分泌、瘦素抵抗等机制有关，正确而全面地认识肥胖相关性 HA 的发生机制，对于早期采取药物治疗或生活方式干预措施提供临床依据。

Childhood obesity has become a global epidemic,and recent research suggests that obesity in prepubertal and pubertal girls is associated with hyperandrogenism ( HA) ,which can represent a forerunner of polycystic ovarian syndrome.Obesity-associated HA has drawn much attention of the scholars and clinicians gradually.However,the reasons of the elevated androgen levels in obese girls are complex and diverse ,and there is little research in the field at present .Obesity-associated HA may be associated with insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia,abnormal luteinizing hormone secretion,leptin resistance and so on.A correct and com-prehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of obesity-associated HA provides clinical evidence for taking medication or lifestyle interventions in an early phase .
