为更准确地掌握油浸式变压器的内部温度场分布,为其绝缘寿命评估提供依据,在分析变压器产热散热机理及导热途径的基础上,依据对流传热和热辐射特性及温度场计算的流固耦合模型,在多物理场仿真软件COMSOL中实现了变压器温度场分布的建模计算;得到了绕组的温度分布。绕组从下到上的温度分布大致为低—高—低走势,热点位于低压绕组上半部分。同时将计算结果与变压器温升试验实测数据进行了对比,两者吻合较好,绝对误差5.3%以内,说明了计算结果的正确性。在此基础上还分析了负载系数、水平油道高度和油流挡板设置对绕组温升的影响。

In order to understand the temperature distribution inside the oil-immersed transformer more accu-rately,and also to provide basis for assessment of transformer insulation life expectation,temperature field of oil-im-mersed transformer was calculated on the basis of theory of heat transfer and fluid mechanics.First of all,a coupled thermal-hydraulic analytic model was developed,meanwhile,a physic model was established by COMSOL software to investigate the temperature distribution in windings.The model was applied to real transformer,the real temperature distribution was measured.According to the comparison among the simulation results and the actual measurement, it is concluded that the model is in good agreement with the experimental results and the error is less than ±5.3%. Additionally,the temperature distribution from the bottom up of winding and core is low-high-low and the hottest spot was located in low-voltage winding upper portion.And the influence of load coefficient, parallel duct height and oil duct baffle on winding temperature are analysed.
