在安钢1780mm热连轧精轧机组支承辊采用了变接触辊型设计,通过对其轧制过程中辊缝刚度、辊间接触压力分析及大生产实践表明,改进后的支承辊辊型保持度良好,使用一个周期后的磨损量仅为0.3~0.4mm,应力集中区域明显减少,辊身边部破坏完全消除,使用周期延长1/3左右。

A kind of varying contact-length backup roll contour was used on finishing mill stand of 1780mm hot strip mill in Anyang. The gap stiffness and the contact pressure between rolls during rolling were analyzed, and produc?tion practice results showed that the improved backup roll shape was well maintained;the wear of the backup roll was only 0.3-0.4 mm after a cycle of service;the stress concentration areas were significantly reduced;the edge damage of the roll was completely eliminated and its service life was prolonged by about one third.
