目的：探讨全程口腔护理在口腔癌围手术期应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005年~2014年我科收治的口腔癌手术患者的临床资料，比较全程护理和常规护理伤口愈合和感染情况。结果共304例患者，其中125例实施全程口腔护理，患者Ⅰ期愈合率91.2%，平均愈合时间为(7.6±2.1)d，感染率为7.2%；179例实施常规口腔护理，患者Ⅰ期愈合率83.2%，平均愈合时间(11.6±3.4)d，感染率为15.1%。结论口腔癌围手术期实施全程口腔护理更有利于减少伤口感染率和促进伤口愈合。

목적：탐토전정구강호리재구강암위수술기응용개치。방법회고성분석2005년~2014년아과수치적구강암수술환자적림상자료，비교전정호리화상규호리상구유합화감염정황。결과공304례환자，기중125례실시전정구강호리，환자Ⅰ기유합솔91.2%，평균유합시간위(7.6±2.1)d，감염솔위7.2%；179례실시상규구강호리，환자Ⅰ기유합솔83.2%，평균유합시간(11.6±3.4)d，감염솔위15.1%。결론구강암위수술기실시전정구강호리경유리우감소상구감염솔화촉진상구유합。
Objective To investigate the application value of oral nursing in perioperative period of oral cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with oral cancer surgery in our department from to 2005, compared with the whole course nursing and conventional nursing care of wound healing and infection. Results A total of 304 patients, including 125 cases of the implementation of oral care, patients with a first rate of 91.2%, the average healing time was (7.6±2.1) days, the infection rate was 7.2%;179 cases of conventional oral care, patients with a healing rate of 83.2%, the average healing time (11.6±3.4) days, the infection rate was 15.1%. Conclusion Oral cancer perioperative nursing is more advantageous to reduce wound infection rate and promote wound healing.
