某600 MW超临界燃煤机组采用湿式除渣方式运行,捞渣机正常运行中需外排渣水38.50 m3/h,背离了国家倡导的节能、节水、环保理念。在充分调查研究及试验的基础上,通过加装捞渣机渣水冷却器、取消了渣水循环系统等一系列工作,对捞渣机进行渣水零排放改造。捞渣机渣水零排放造后,捞渣机及渣水系统运行平稳,渣水系统缺陷率明显下降,大大降低了运行维护人员的工作量且节能、节水效果显著,为燃煤机组废水零排放迈出了坚实的一步,为同类型机组实施该改造奠定了良好的基础。

A 600 MW supercritical coal-fired unit using wet slag operation, normal operation of machine in dregs to slag discharge of water per hour in 38. 50 m3 , deviated from the national advocacy of energy-saving, water-saving, environmental protection concept. On the basis of ful investigation and study and test, by adding ma-chine slag water cooler in dregs, cancel ed the slag water circulation system and a series of work, to zero dis-charge slag water machine in dregs into shape. After slag water zero emissions made in dregs machine, ma-chine in dregs and slag water system running smoothly, slag water system defect rate decreased obviously, and greatly reduces the operation maintenance personnel's work load and energy saving, water saving effect is remarkable, for wastewater zero emissions coal-fired unit took a solid step, implement the transformation for the same type unit laid a good foundation.
