以二氧化钛、硅铝纤维纸为载体,通过浸渍法制备了一种新型的V2 O5-WO3-MoO3/TiO2催化剂。对催化剂进行SEM、XRD、N2吸附等表征分析和脱硝活性测试,结果表明,在载体及催化剂的制备过程中,煅烧温度均为500℃,载体和催化剂均能保持较好的多孔性质,同时锐钛矿TiO2未金红石化;当催化剂活性成分V2 O5、WO3,MoO3质量分数分别为3%、7%、4%时,在模拟烟气条件下其脱硝效率可达92%。

A new type Selective Catalytic Reduction catalyst, V2 O5 -WO3 -MoO3/TiO2 , was prepared by im-pregnation, using TiO2 and silica alumina fiber paper as catalyst support. The SCR catalyst was characterized by SEM, XRD, and N2 adsorption, and the denitration activtity of catalyst was tested. The results show that the carrier and catalyst are calcinated at 500℃, the samples present porous and TiO2 is the form of anatase. When the catalyst active components V2 O5 , WO3 , and MoO3 is 3%, 7%, and 4% respectively, the denitration effi-ciency of the SCR catalyst is 92%.
