目的：比较微创和开颅手术对于脑出血疾病的治疗效果以及安全性。方法选取我院自2013年6月~2015年6月收治的脑出血病例74例，按照不同的治疗方式将患者分为干预组和参照组。干预组均为微创手术患者，参照组均为开颅手术患者，对比两组患者治疗过程中的安全性以及治疗的效果。结果两组患者的在手术期间出血量、手术时长以及住院的时间的对比差异较明显，干预组显著低于参照组，两组之间的对比有统计学意义(<0.05)；而两组患者的治疗效果相差不大，无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论虽然微创手术与开颅手术的治疗效果差异不大，但微创手术治疗的方法出血量较少，且手术时间较短，安全性更高，因此，微创手术为较佳治疗方法。

Objective To compare the therapeutic ef ect and safety of minimal y invasive surgery and craniotomy for intracerebral hemor hage. Conclusion Although minimal y invasive surgery and craniotomy, the treatment ef ect is not big, but the minimal y invasive surgical treatment of less bleeding, And the operation time is short, the safety is higher, So, Minimal y invasive surgery is a bet er method of treatment.
