结合 ZJM4200护盾式掘锚机在煤巷掘进成巷的作业特点和多模式 PWM电比例控制原理,研究了多台车、多模式自动同步控制技术,阐明了单台车手动自由模式、单台车自动同步模式及多台车自动同步模式的 PID 工作原理及特点,提出了 CAN 总线分布式防爆无线遥控系统新方案,并对行走系统的电液组成进行稳定性分析,得出系统方程,再加以数字 PID 修正,最后通过现场工况实验证明该方案正确有效性,为同类设备的设计改进提供了有效参考。

Combined with the operating characteristics of ZJM4200 shield driving anchor machine in coal roadway and the principle of multi-mode PWM electric proportional control,the technology of multi-trolley and multi-mode automatic syn-chronization control is studied.Then,the principles and characteristics of PID operating mode of single trolley manual free mode,single trolley automatic synchronous mode and multi-trolley automatic synchronous mode are described.A new scheme of CAN bus distributed explosion-proof wireless remote control system is proposed and the stability analysis of the e-lectro-hydraulic composition of the walking system is proposed,thus the system equation is obtained,and then the digital PID is corrected.Finally,the experimental results show that the scheme is correct and effective,which provides an effec-tive reference for the design and improvement of similar equipments.
