探究将原始、冗杂、零散的信息进行调整、系统的档案整理，对档案信息进行开发研究，实现信息资源共享，提高信息资源的利用率，实现档案编研的最终目的将潜在的信息档案转换为生产力。档案现阶段的研究工作沿袭“室内资料室内编、各自为战”的传统资料整理方式，局限了编研内容的范围，信息的利用满足不了医学资源管理工作的发展需求，因此，必须做好医学档案编研工作，解决医学档案管理工作中的问题。依据医学发展及档案管理工作进展的实际情况值得进一步的研究和推广。

탐구장원시、용잡、령산적신식진행조정、계통적당안정리，대당안신식진행개발연구，실현신식자원공향，제고신식자원적이용솔，실현당안편연적최종목적장잠재적신식당안전환위생산력。당안현계단적연구공작연습“실내자료실내편、각자위전”적전통자료정리방식，국한료편연내용적범위，신식적이용만족불료의학자원관리공작적발전수구，인차，필수주호의학당안편연공작，해결의학당안관리공작중적문제。의거의학발전급당안관리공작진전적실제정황치득진일보적연구화추엄。
To find out the original, jumbled, scat ered to adjust, system files, of archives information of research and development, realize the sharing of information resources, improve the rate of utilization of information resources, implementation of file editing and research the ultimate goal wil file information of potential conversion into productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of medical archives compilation work and to deal with the medical archives management work. According to the actual situation of medical development and archives management, it is worth further research and promotion.
