慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）是危害人类健康的常见病、多发病之一。近年来，由于大气污染、吸烟人数增加等因素的影响，COPD的患病率逐渐增加。因此，提高疾病的早期诊断率，及时对病情的严重程度作出准确的判断，对指导治疗及评估预后具有十分重要的意义。由于 COPD为涉及多个系统的全身性疾病，具有复杂性的特点，因此肺功能在病情评估、疗效评价和预后判断等方面有一定的局限性，会受到生理、病理等多种因素的影响。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) is one of the common diseases harming human′s health.In recent years,due to air pollution,smoking increase,the prevalence of COPD was gradually increasing.Therefore,improving the early diagnosis of disease,making accurate judgment to the severity of the illness,is of great significance to guide treatment and evaluating prognosis .Since COPD is a systemic disease involving multiple systems,which has the characteristics of complexity,there is a certain limitation of lung function in the condition assessment,evaluation of curative effect and prognosis judgment,since it′s affected by a variety of physiological and pathological factors.
