目的:探讨膝骨性关节炎患者关节镜清理术后早期疼痛的临床治疗方式及治疗效果。方法选取2011年1月~2015年6月来我院进行治疗的膝骨性关节炎患者60例,将患者根据随机数字表法分为A组、B组和C组,每组组内各20例。三组患者入院后均给予关节镜清理术进行治疗,并分别给予不同的疼痛疗法进行镇痛治疗,A组患给予关节腔内注射醋酸泼尼松龙+罗哌卡因,术后冰敷;B组给予关节腔内注射罗哌卡因,术后冰敷;C组单纯给予术后冰敷。结果 A组患者的VAS评分显著低于B组患者和C组患者,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(<0.05),而B组患者的VAS评分与C组患者相比,也显著较低,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论关节腔内注射醋酸泼尼松龙+罗哌卡因,联合术后持续冰敷的治疗方式,能够显著减轻膝骨关节炎患者关节镜术后48h内的疼痛程度。

목적:탐토슬골성관절염환자관절경청리술후조기동통적림상치료방식급치료효과。방법선취2011년1월~2015년6월래아원진행치료적슬골성관절염환자60례,장환자근거수궤수자표법분위A조、B조화C조,매조조내각20례。삼조환자입원후균급여관절경청리술진행치료,병분별급여불동적동통요법진행진통치료,A조환급여관절강내주사작산발니송룡+라고잡인,술후빙부;B조급여관절강내주사라고잡인,술후빙부;C조단순급여술후빙부。결과 A조환자적VAS평분현저저우B조환자화C조환자,조간비교차이균구유통계학의의(<0.05),이B조환자적VAS평분여C조환자상비,야현저교저,조간비교차이구유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론관절강내주사작산발니송룡+라고잡인,연합술후지속빙부적치료방식,능구현저감경슬골관절염환자관절경술후48h내적동통정도。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment and ef ect of early postoperative pain after arthroscopic debridement of knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2015 were divided into A group, B group and C group according to the random number table, 20 cases in each group. Three groups of patients after admission were treated with arthroscopic debridement for treatment, and were given dif erent therapy for pain analgesic therapy, group A patients given intra-articular injection of prednisolone acetate+ropivacaine and ice after the operation;group B given ropivacaine intraarticular injection, ice after the operation;group C treated with ice after the operation. Results The VAS score of patients in A group was significantly lower than that in B group and C group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05), while the VAS score of B group was significantly lower than that in the C group, and the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Intraarticular injection of prednisolone plus ropivacaine, combined with postoperative continued ice treatment, can significantly reduce the degree of pain within 48 hours after the operation of knee osteoarthritis patients undergoing knee arthroscopy.
