为了合理、高效利用水资源,提高基质育苗中水分利用效率,以番茄品种“棚悦”为材料,采用聚丙烯酰胺为保水材料,以不同浓度加入普通育苗基质(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1)配置成保水基质,并对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的基本性质、保水基质的理化性质及幼苗形态指标的测定。结果表明:育苗基质的容重相应增加,总孔隙度、通气孔隙逐渐减小持水孔隙先升高后降低,EC和pH变化不大;2g·L‐1的聚丙烯酰胺浓度可提高番茄出苗率、壮苗指数等,过量添加反而抑制番茄幼苗的生长。

위료합리、고효이용수자원,제고기질육묘중수분이용효솔,이번가품충“붕열”위재료,채용취병희선알위보수재료,이불동농도가입보통육묘기질(초탄∶질석∶진주암=2∶1∶1)배치성보수기질,병대취병희선알(PAM)적기본성질、보수기질적이화성질급유묘형태지표적측정。결과표명:육묘기질적용중상응증가,총공극도、통기공극축점감소지수공극선승고후강저,EC화pH변화불대;2g·L‐1적취병희선알농도가제고번가출묘솔、장묘지수등,과량첨가반이억제번가유묘적생장。
In order to use water resources reasonably and efficiently ,improve the water use efficiency in seedling matrix ,taking tomato variety Pengyue as material ,water retention matrix was compounded with PAM water retaining agent and different concentration of common seedling matrix (peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=2∶1∶1) .The basic properties of PAM water retaining agent ,physicochemical properties of water retention matrix and index of seedling growth were measured .The results showed that with the increasing of bulk density ,total porosity and aeration porosity of matrix decreased ,water holding porosity of matrix increased first and then decreased . The value of EC and pH had little change .When the application of PAM was 2 g·L‐1 ,the emergence rate and seedling index were significantly increased ,while excessive adding PAM would inhibit the growth of tomato .
