实验目的采用天然草本提取物，更新工艺制备新型洗手液。实验方法主要是超声辅助提取，单因素法。结果发现最优提取条件是超声时间为40min、料液比为1：25，乙醇体积分数为70%且颜色较好。产品粘度为328mpa?s去污能力较高，洗手液1/5000时表面张力小于纯水，pH值6.3皮肤状态最佳，固含量11.7%为正常值。实验研究表明：制备的洗手液符合日常洗手情况[1，2]，功能良好，提取液具天然美肌、无刺激及清香的优点，避免化工洗手液清洗损害皮肤。制备工艺简单，生产成本较低，适于生产、销售。
