目的:探讨中国阿尔茨海默病( AD)患者血清促甲状腺激素( TSH )水平的变化。方法:利用计算机及手工检索,全面检索AD患者血清TSH变化的病例对照研究,采用Stata 12.0进行meta分析。结果:共有16篇文献纳入分析,获得样本1760例,其中病例组918例,对照组842例。 Meta分析结果显示,AD患者血清TSH水平低于对照组(Z=1.987,P=0.046);失安全系数Nfs0.05为895;平均年龄为异质性因素,进一步对病例组平均年龄进行亚组分析,发现随着年龄增高,病例组和对照组之间的TSH水平差异更为明显(Z=2.110,P=0.003),采用随机效应模型合并分析的结果可靠。结论:中国AD患者TSH水平低于正常人群,低水平的血清TSH可能与AD发生、发展有关。

목적:탐토중국아이자해묵병( AD)환자혈청촉갑상선격소( TSH )수평적변화。방법:이용계산궤급수공검색,전면검색AD환자혈청TSH변화적병례대조연구,채용Stata 12.0진행meta분석。결과:공유16편문헌납입분석,획득양본1760례,기중병례조918례,대조조842례。 Meta분석결과현시,AD환자혈청TSH수평저우대조조(Z=1.987,P=0.046);실안전계수Nfs0.05위895;평균년령위이질성인소,진일보대병례조평균년령진행아조분석,발현수착년령증고,병례조화대조조지간적TSH수평차이경위명현(Z=2.110,P=0.003),채용수궤효응모형합병분석적결과가고。결론:중국AD환자TSH수평저우정상인군,저수평적혈청TSH가능여AD발생、발전유관。
Aim: To evaluate the change of the level of serum thyroid stimulating hormone in Chinese people with Alzheimer′s disease(AD).Methods: The related articles of thyroid stimulating hormone and the case control studies of AD were retrieved comprehensively by manual retrieval and computer retrieval .The valid data were extracted and analyzed by Stata 12.0.Results:In this study, 16 studies were selected.A total of 1 760 subjects were enrolled, including 918 pa-tients and 842 controls.The Meta analysis showed that the serum level of thyroid stimulating hormone in patients with AD was lower than that in controls (Z=1.987,P=0.046),and the loss of safety coefficient was 895.There was significantly decreasing trend in patients with AD in the subgroup analysis according to the age (Z=2.110,P=0.003).The sensitivity analysis indicated that the result of Meta analysis was reliable .Conclusion: Serum thyroid stimulating hormone level de-creases more in patients with AD ,and low serum thyroid stimulating hormone level may relate to the development and cause of AD.
