文章以湖北师范学院外语学科馆员参与全国全程英语教育科研项目数据监护为例，尝试从科研数据管理的个性化、专深化、集成化角度出发，根据项目数据监护的背景和需求，构建基于科研数据管护的协同服务平台，践行多元化科研数据管理方案，同时对学科馆员转型为数据馆员的职业发展提出建设性观点。
文章以湖北師範學院外語學科館員參與全國全程英語教育科研項目數據鑑護為例，嘗試從科研數據管理的箇性化、專深化、集成化角度齣髮，根據項目數據鑑護的揹景和需求，構建基于科研數據管護的協同服務平檯，踐行多元化科研數據管理方案，同時對學科館員轉型為數據館員的職業髮展提齣建設性觀點。

In light of individualization, professionalism and integration of research data management, the paper tries to take English subject librarians’ participating in data curation for the whole-process-tracked English education project in Hubei Normal University for example, establishes a data-based collaborative service and management plat-form adjusting to its relevant background and requirement, conducts an implementing plan of data curation service with diverse objectives, gives some constructive suggestions on librarians’ professional development of transition from subject-based to data-based service.
