以安徽为例，分析网络舆情的现状、形成特征、发展趋势，认为区域性、情感化、引爆点等是网络舆情产生的关键因素。在分析网络舆情发展趋势的基础上，分析当前网络舆情引导存在的问题以及未来改进的策略。

Taking Anhui Province as an example, this paper analyzed network pubic opinion in terms of its current situation, formation characteristics and development tendency. It was argued that incidents’ occurring in specific areas, being sensationalized, and being the potential trigger are critical factors resulting in network public opinion. Analyzing the development tendency of network public opinion, this paper pointed out its problems and proposed the strategy for improvement.
