目的：分析并观察中药周期性疗法在治疗月经不调中的应用效果。方法将2014年9月~2015年9月在我院接受治疗的40例月经不调患者作为研究对象，按照随机分配的方法将其分为实验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)，给予对照组患者补佳乐以及达芙通进行治疗，给予实验组患者中药周期疗法进行治疗，观察并对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为95%，对照组患者的总有效率为80%，实验组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(<0.05)，数据间的差异有统计学意义。结论这说明用中药周期疗法治疗月经不调具有一定的可行性，可考虑推广应用。

목적：분석병관찰중약주기성요법재치료월경불조중적응용효과。방법장2014년9월~2015년9월재아원접수치료적40례월경불조환자작위연구대상，안조수궤분배적방법장기분위실험조(n=20)화대조조(n=20)，급여대조조환자보가악이급체부통진행치료，급여실험조환자중약주기요법진행치료，관찰병대비량조환자적림상치료효과。결과실험조환자적치료총유효솔위95%，대조조환자적총유효솔위80%，실험조환자적총유효솔명현고우대조조(<0.05)，수거간적차이유통계학의의。결론저설명용중약주기요법치료월경불조구유일정적가행성，가고필추엄응용。
Objective To analyze and observe the ef ect of Chinese herbal medicine on the treatment of irregular menstruation. Methods September 2014 to 2015 September in my hospital accept in treatment of 40 cases of menstruation to be not moved patients as the research object, according to the method of random assignment to the into the experimental group (n=20) and the control group (n= 20), given to the control group of patients with progynova and Duf through treatment, giving experimental groups cycle therapy with Chinese traditional medicine treatment, observed and compared between the two groups of patients with clinical curative ef ect. Results The total ef ective rate of the treatment group was 95%, the total ef ective rate was 80%in the control group, the total ef ective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( <0.05), the dif erence was statistical y significant. Conclusion It is feasible to use Chinese traditional medicine to treat ir egular menstruation, which can be considered to promote the application.
