随着我国经济社会的不断发展，专业社会工作人才在构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用日益凸显，社会工作产学研一体化的教育模式是培养高素质社会工作人才的重要保障。社会工作产学研一体化发展是适应大环境及满足社工专业人才需求的应有之义，符合社会工作的专业性质，也是实现校企双方互惠共赢的必由之路。因此，要多方共同协作，实现社会工作产学研一体化发展模式的构建。

With the continuous development of China's economic and society ,the role of professional social w orkers in building socialist harmonious society has become increasingly prominent .Enterprises-universities-researches integration is an important safeguard to train qualified social workers .Integrat‐ed development of enterprises and universities and research is proper meaning to adapt to the environ‐ment and to meet the social demand for professional social workers ,in line with the professional nature of social work ,and to achieve mutual benefit both sides of schools and enterprises .Therefore ,Enterpri‐ses-universities-researches integration development model should be made with multilateral efforts .
