乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一。虽然目前发病趋势逐年上升，但是随着早期诊断和各种治疗手段的开展，乳腺癌患者生存率明显得到了提高。血脂在维持人体生命活动中占有重要地位，长期血脂代谢异常可导致心脑血管疾病的发生。近年来一些研究者发现血脂水平的变化影响乳腺癌的发生、发展。亦有研究表明在乳腺癌的治疗过程中，化疗、内分泌治疗、降脂药等均可影响患者的血脂水平。

Nowadays breast cancer is one of the common female malignances.Although the incidence of breast cancer keeps increasing by years,the survival ratio is markedly improved owing to earlier diagnosis and all kinds of remedies.Lipids play an important role in the maintenance of human life and activity ,and long term lipid metabolism abnormality may lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases .In recent years, some researchers found that the changes of serum lipid level influence the breast cancer′s occurrence and development.Another study also showed that during the treatment of breast cancer,chemotherapy,hormonal therapy,lipid-lowering drugs can all affect the blood lipid levels.
