目的:探索脑动静脉畸形(CAVM)与脑血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)之间的关系。方法:对30例CAVM病变血管及病变周围血管组织标本行HE染色,观察血管的组织学改变。采用免疫组化法和Western blot法检测血管中VEGF蛋白的表达,采用荧光定量PCR法检测血管中VEGF mRNA的表达。以32例正常脑组织血管标本作对照。结果:CAVM病变血管和病变周围血管较正常脑血管发生明显改变。荧光定量PCR和Western blot 检测结果显示,CAVM病变血管和病变周围血管组织中VEGF mRNA和蛋白表达水平均高于正常脑血管(P均<0.05), CAVM病变血管中VEGF mRNA和蛋白表达水平高于病变周围血管(t配对=19.095,3.216,P<0.05)。结论:VEGF可能对CAVM的发生和发展起着重要作用。

목적:탐색뇌동정맥기형(CAVM)여뇌혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)지간적관계。방법:대30례CAVM병변혈관급병변주위혈관조직표본행HE염색,관찰혈관적조직학개변。채용면역조화법화Western blot법검측혈관중VEGF단백적표체,채용형광정량PCR법검측혈관중VEGF mRNA적표체。이32례정상뇌조직혈관표본작대조。결과:CAVM병변혈관화병변주위혈관교정상뇌혈관발생명현개변。형광정량PCR화Western blot 검측결과현시,CAVM병변혈관화병변주위혈관조직중VEGF mRNA화단백표체수평균고우정상뇌혈관(P균<0.05), CAVM병변혈관중VEGF mRNA화단백표체수평고우병변주위혈관(t배대=19.095,3.216,P<0.05)。결론:VEGF가능대CAVM적발생화발전기착중요작용。
Aim:To explore the pathological characteristics of cerebral arteriovenous malformation ( CAVM) and the relationship between CAVM and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).Methods: A total of 30 CAVM and the pe-ripheral vascular tissue were collected .Histological changes in vascular tissues were observed using HE staining .The ex-pression of VEGF proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western Blot .The expression of VEGF mRNA were detected by Real-time PCR.32 normal brain vascular tissue were the control .Results: The histological characteristics of CAVM and peripheral vascular tissue were obviously different from the normal brain vascular tissue .The results of Real-time PCR and Western blot showed that the expression of VEGF protein and mRNA in CAVM and peripheral vascular tissue were significantly higher than those in normal brain vascular tissue (P<0.05), and the expression of VEGF protein and mRNA in CAVM were higher than those in peripheral vascular tissue (tmatch =19.095,3.216,P<0.05).Conclusion:VEGF may play an important role in the occurrence and development of CAVM .
