目的：对肝硬化围手术期患者的腹水治疗方法进行分析。方法选取2011年12月~2012年12月本科室肝硬化围手术期腹水患者100例,术前患者肝功能评估根据Child-Pugh评分法分级,对术前术后腹水发生情况进行比较。结果通过对术前患者肝功能评估,100例患者Child A级患者术后发生腹水2例,出现腹水频率为7.4%；Child B级患者术后发生腹水22例,出现腹水频率为30.9%,Child B级患者比Child A级患者术后更容易发生腹水。结论对于肝硬化腹水患者的治疗应首先明确病因,在药物治疗上要注重个体差异,要选择好适应证,可以达到满意的治疗效果。

목적：대간경화위수술기환자적복수치료방법진행분석。방법선취2011년12월~2012년12월본과실간경화위수술기복수환자100례,술전환자간공능평고근거Child-Pugh평분법분급,대술전술후복수발생정황진행비교。결과통과대술전환자간공능평고,100례환자Child A급환자술후발생복수2례,출현복수빈솔위7.4%；Child B급환자술후발생복수22례,출현복수빈솔위30.9%,Child B급환자비Child A급환자술후경용역발생복수。결론대우간경화복수환자적치료응수선명학병인,재약물치료상요주중개체차이,요선택호괄응증,가이체도만의적치료효과。
Objective To analyze the treatment of ascites in patients with liver cir hosis. Methods 100 patients with liver cir hosis were selected from December 2011 to December 2012, and liver function was evaluated according to Child-Pugh score before operation. Results 100 patients with Child grade a patient had ascites in 2 patients after operation, and the frequency of ascites was 7.4%. The frequency of ascites was 30.9%, and the rate of ascites was 22, and the level of B Child was more likely to occur after B. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cir hosis ascites should be clear about the cause of the disease, in the drug treatment should pay at ention to individual dif erences, to choose a good indication, can achieve satisfactory results.
