目的：讨论老年功能性便秘患者的临床护理方法，用于指导临床护理工作。方法选取40例老年功能性便秘患者作为研究对象分组进行研究，分为对照组20例进行常规护理，观察组20例通过心理、饮食干预、运动疗法等针对性护理观察临床效果。结果观察组在针对性护理后患者功能性便秘症状明显改善，且临床疗效均显著优于对照组(<0.05)，护理满意度显著提高。结论对老年功能性便秘患者的针对性护理，可以改善患者的便秘症状，提高患者的生活质量，同时能减少并发症的发生，值得临床推广。

목적：토론노년공능성편비환자적림상호리방법，용우지도림상호리공작。방법선취40례노년공능성편비환자작위연구대상분조진행연구，분위대조조20례진행상규호리，관찰조20례통과심리、음식간예、운동요법등침대성호리관찰림상효과。결과관찰조재침대성호리후환자공능성편비증상명현개선，차림상료효균현저우우대조조(<0.05)，호리만의도현저제고。결론대노년공능성편비환자적침대성호리，가이개선환자적편비증상，제고환자적생활질량，동시능감소병발증적발생，치득림상추엄。
Objective To discuss the clinical nursing methods in elderly patients with functional constipation, used to guide clinical nursing work. Methods Choose 40 cases of elderly patients with functional constipation (grouping as the research object, is divided into control group 20 patients with routine nursing care, observation group 20 cases through psychological, diet, exercise therapy intervention targeted nursing observation of clinical ef ect. Results Observation group after the pertinent nursing in patients with functional constipation symptoms improved significantly, and the clinical curative ef ect were significantly bet er than that of control group ( <0.05), nursing satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion For elderly patients with functional constipation of targeted nursing, can improve constipation in patients with symptoms, improve patient's quality of life, at the same time can reduce the occur ence of complications, worthy of clinical promotion.
