本文根据冶炼轴承钢各工序特点,对转炉、精炼、真空、连铸过程铝含量控制进行试验研究。通过高拉碳、出钢控制下渣量、精炼过程控制碱度、连铸过程保护浇铸等措施控制过程铝波动,可有效控制轴承钢产品的氧含量和夹杂物水平,提高产品性能指标。
本文根據冶煉軸承鋼各工序特點,對轉爐、精煉、真空、連鑄過程鋁含量控製進行試驗研究。通過高拉碳、齣鋼控製下渣量、精煉過程控製堿度、連鑄過程保護澆鑄等措施控製過程鋁波動,可有效控製軸承鋼產品的氧含量和夾雜物水平,提高產品性能指標。

According to the characteristics in each process of bearing steel smelting,the controlling methods of aluminum content in converter, refining, vacuum and continuous casting were experimental researched. By high tap?ping carbon content, controlling slag quantity into ladle, alkalinity controlling in refining, protecting casting and other measures,fluctuation of aluminum content was controlled efficiently, so the good level of oxygen content and inclusion in bearing steel could be achieved,and the performance indicators were improved.
