高校协同创新是我国整合创新资源、增加高水平知识效益的系统工程。而各协同方围绕利益分配而形成的博弈问题是影响高校协同创新长期、稳定合作的关键问题。在分析各协同方合作、博弈关系的基础上，通过构建高校协同创新的演化博弈模型，分析利益分配指数、合作收益、违约罚金、违约收益等经济要素对协同主体合作、博弈行为的影响。根据模型分析与讨论，深化高校协同创新的合作力度，应增强政府激励、健全知识产权规制、营造合作环境并创新合作模式。

Universities’ collaborative innovation has become a systematic engineering to integrate innovation resources and increase the outputs of the high-level knowledge. However, the interest game between cooperative partners has a bad impact on the sustainable development of universities’ collaborative innovation. Therefore, based on a collective game analysis, an evolutionary game model is built to analyze how economic factors including benefit distribution index, cooperation benefit, default fine and earnings affect universities’ collaborative innovation and game behavior. Combined with model analysis, several countermeasures are put forward from increasing government stimulus, encouraging and perfecting intellectual property regulation, creating a cooperative environment and innovating cooperation mode to enhance the cooperation intensity of universities’ collaborative innovation.
