通过对冷装和热送两种加热制度的板坯温度场进行模拟计算,热送板坯在整个加热过程中表面与心部的温差要低于冷装铸坯,比较适合热塑性差,合金成分简单的钢种。然后通过加热炉的黑匣子实验,对两种板坯装炉方式板坯温度场规律进行对比,模拟计算结果精度较高,可以在相关领域应用。

The temperature fields of slab for two heating system of cold charging and hot transferring were simulat?ed and calculated, the temperature difference between the surface and the center portion of the hot transferring slab during the whole heating process is lower than that of the cold charging cast billet, so the hot transferring slab is more suitable for steel which is poor in thermoplasticity and simple in alloy composition. Through the black box experiment of heating furnace, temperature fields were comparatively simulated for two methods of slab charging furnace. The re?sults show high accuracy and can be widely used in related fields.
