premenstrual dysphoric disorder ( PMDD )，是困扰女性的重要病症。其研究虽由来已久，然国内译名乱象丛生，往往使初学者不知所云，影响了该术语的理解和规范应用。文章对国内出现过的译名做了梳理与比较，以期促进该术语使用的规范化。

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder ( PMDD,for short) is important disease which women suffers from . Though research has a long history, its Chinese translation is chaos and often unintel igible, and limit its understanding and standardized application. ln order to promote the standardization of PMDD, this paper analyze its different Chinese translation.
