民间艺人被发掘、发现之日,往往就是纯粹的民间艺术“异化”、“变质”之时。当民间艺人接受过培训,受到文化或美术专业的“启蒙”之后,他们会主动或被动地接受专业文化的渗透,一点点地“开化”,同时也在一点点地放弃对民间艺术传统的坚守,最终很多人被流行文化或专业画法“招安”。基于“民间毕加索”被发现之后的种种变化,发展民间艺术应坚守三个原则:一是民间艺术的保护、传承与开发、利用,应坚持保护传统、保持本色的原则;二是在民间艺人的培养培训方面,县区文化馆工作人员应坚持适度介入、避免越俎代庖;三是对于民间艺人的培养培训应坚持区别对待、分类指导。

민간예인피발굴、발현지일,왕왕취시순수적민간예술“이화”、“변질”지시。당민간예인접수과배훈,수도문화혹미술전업적“계몽”지후,타문회주동혹피동지접수전업문화적삼투,일점점지“개화”,동시야재일점점지방기대민간예술전통적견수,최종흔다인피류행문화혹전업화법“초안”。기우“민간필가색”피발현지후적충충변화,발전민간예술응견수삼개원칙:일시민간예술적보호、전승여개발、이용,응견지보호전통、보지본색적원칙;이시재민간예인적배양배훈방면,현구문화관공작인원응견지괄도개입、피면월조대포;삼시대우민간예인적배양배훈응견지구별대대、분류지도。
When the folk artists are found,it is the time that the pure folk art is alienated and becomes bad.When the folk artists accept training and are enlightened by culture or fine arts,they will actively and passively accept professional cul-ture infiltration and be civilized step by step,and at the same time they will give up traditional folk art which they once adhered to,and finally many of them will be enlisted in popular culture and professional painting.Based on the some changes after the finding of folk Picasso ,this paper puts forward three suggestions.One is the protection,inheritance, development and utilization of folk art,stressing on the principle of protecting the tradition and original characteristics. Second,in the cultivation of the folk artists,the county cultural center staff should stick to the principle of appropriate in-tervention instead of meddling in their affairs.Finally,the cultivation of the folk artists should adhere to the principle of discrimination and classification guidance.
