Whether university students find good jobs successfully and easily is inseparable from students themselves, their families, schools, society, and even the whole nation. In order to cope with the difficulty facing the students in seeking jobs, the article suggests all the people concerned responsible to help students to understand themselves better, schools reform some course design to satisfy social demand, provide countermeasures on serving students before and after they get employed so that students could be employed satisfactorily.
