以单针藻（Monoraphidium dybowskii C29）藻粉为研究对象，分析藻粉中的营养成分。结果表明，藻粉中含有丰富的油脂、粗纤维、蛋白质、多糖和色素，分别占藻粉干重的30．25％、23．77％、20．08％、11．31％和4．22％。矿物质元素中镁、钙、锌和铁含量较高，分别为4771．90、718．22、48．85、331．44 mg／kg ，食品中污染限量元素铅、铬、镉、砷、镍均低于国家标准；含有18种氨基酸，总量为17．68％，必需氨基酸达总氨基酸含量的37．44％，且必需氨基酸指数（EAAI）较高；还含有8种维生素，其中以 VB6和 VC含量较高，分别为51．26 mg／（100 g藻粉）和19．88 m g／（100 g藻粉）；脂肪酸中含有较高的亚油酸和亚麻酸，质量分数分别为油脂的25．86％和9．27％。单针藻是类营养丰富的藻类，具有开发成为食品和饲料的潜力。
이단침조（Monoraphidium dybowskii C29）조분위연구대상，분석조분중적영양성분。결과표명，조분중함유봉부적유지、조섬유、단백질、다당화색소，분별점조분간중적30．25％、23．77％、20．08％、11．31％화4．22％。광물질원소중미、개、자화철함량교고，분별위4771．90、718．22、48．85、331．44 mg／kg ，식품중오염한량원소연、락、력、신、얼균저우국가표준；함유18충안기산，총량위17．68％，필수안기산체총안기산함량적37．44％，차필수안기산지수（EAAI）교고；환함유8충유생소，기중이 VB6화 VC함량교고，분별위51．26 mg／（100 g조분）화19．88 m g／（100 g조분）；지방산중함유교고적아유산화아마산，질량분수분별위유지적25．86％화9．27％。단침조시류영양봉부적조류，구유개발성위식품화사료적잠력。
Monoraphidium dybowskii C29 was chose as research material to analyze the nutrient components .The results showed that Monoraphidium dybowskii C29 was rich in grease(30 .25% ) ,fiber(23 .77% ) ,protein(20 .08% ) ,carbohydrates (11 .31% ) and pigment (4 .22% ) .In addition ,the contents of magnesium (4 771 .90 mg/kg ) ,calcium (718 .22 mg/kg ) ,zinc (48 .85 mg/kg) and ferrum(331 .44 mg/kg) were higher than other mineral elements;the contents of heavy metal elements just like Pb ,Cr ,Cd ,As ,Ni were also meet the requirements of national standards ;there were 18 kinds of amino acid in Monoraphidium dybowskii C29 ,taking up 17 .68% and the content of essential amino acid accounted for 37 .44% of that of to‐tal amino acid ,which proved to be high in essential amino acid index (EAAI) .Besides ,then contents of VB6 (51 .26 mg/100 g) and VC(19 .88 mg/100 g) among 8 kinds of vitamins and the contents of linoleic(25 .86% ) and linolenic(9 .27% ) among fatty acids were higher .To be conclude ,Monoraphidium dybowskii C29 is rich in nutrient components ,which has the potential of de‐veloping as food and feed .
