文章按照练习时间将实验分两组：一组是十年以上组，另一组为十年以下组。实验内容为原地云手和云手发力，就开始运动时足底压力分布与运动时重心移动轨迹与范围以及发力时的用力方向等实时数据进行对比。结果显示：十年以上组足底交叉型的概率高于十年以下组；十年以上组重心移动范围更广；十年以上组发力时作用力线更长，更向后方发力。

According to the practice time, practitioners are divided into two groups:one group’s practicing time is more than a decade, another group’s time is of less than decade. Experimental content is about Yunshou and Yunshou force, recording the exercise plantar pressure distribution at the beginning and track and scope of gravity point as well as the force direction real-time data, and does comparative analysis. The results show that: the probability of more than ten years set foot cross type is higher than that of less than ten years following groups; a much wider range of more than a decade the group centroids mobile;ten years or more force when the force is longer, more to the rear.
