目的 分析医院血培养的主要病原菌分布及耐药情况,为临床选择合适抗菌药物提供依据. 方法 对2013 年5 月——2014 年12 月送检的血培养标本在DL-Bt64全自动血培养仪中进行培养,培养阳性者进行常规的细菌分离、菌种鉴定及药敏试验,对结果进行统计分析. 结果 血培养的阳性率为11.6%,革兰氏阳性菌53.3%,革兰氏阴性菌占42.9%,真菌占3.8%. 所检出病原菌主要分布在 ICU、感染科、呼吸科和肿瘤科等. 未发现对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药的革兰氏阴性菌,常见革兰氏阳性菌对呋喃妥因、利奈唑胺高度敏感,未发现万古霉素耐药的葡萄球菌. 结论 对血培养阳性分离菌株进行菌种鉴定和耐药分析,可为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供重要依据. 有效防止抗菌药物滥用,控制细菌耐药的增加.

Objective To Analysis the main pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance of blood culture so as to provide a basis of appropriate antibiotics for clinicalMedication.Methods Blood culture samples were detected by DL-Bt64 automtic blood culture system during the period of May.2013 to Dec.2014,and the positive samples were carried on bacteria isolation,identification and drug sensitivity test.Results The positive rate of blood culture was 11.6%,53.3% gram positive bacteria,gram negative bacilli accounted for 42.9%,fungi accounted for 3.8%.The pathogenic bacteria were mainly distributed in ICU ,Department of infection,neo-natal and oncology.Gram negative bacteria of carbapenem resistant gram positive bacteria was not found,Nitrofurantoin and linezolid is highly sensitive to gram positive bacteria,no vancomycin resistant Staphylococcu was found.Conclusion The positive blood culture isolates strain identification and drug resistance analysis ,and can pro-vide an important basis for reasonable clinical use of antibacterial drugs.To effectively prevent the abuse of antibiotics,increase control of bacterial resistance.
