运用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱等电化学测试技术研究了葡萄糖酸钠对7003铝合金在3.5%NaCl 溶液中的缓蚀性能及其与苯甲酸钠的协同作用,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察铝合金的腐蚀形貌。研究结果表明,葡萄糖酸钠能抑制7003铝合金的腐蚀,是一种阳极型缓蚀剂;随着葡萄糖酸钠浓度的增加腐蚀率逐渐减小;当葡萄糖酸钠浓度为0.005 mol/L 时,缓蚀效率最高为76.92%。此外,葡萄糖酸钠与苯甲酸钠具有良好的协同作用,当葡萄糖酸钠与苯甲酸钠比例为3∶2时,缓蚀率达到86.49%。
運用極化麯線、電化學阻抗譜等電化學測試技術研究瞭葡萄糖痠鈉對7003鋁閤金在3.5%NaCl 溶液中的緩蝕性能及其與苯甲痠鈉的協同作用,併利用掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察鋁閤金的腐蝕形貌。研究結果錶明,葡萄糖痠鈉能抑製7003鋁閤金的腐蝕,是一種暘極型緩蝕劑;隨著葡萄糖痠鈉濃度的增加腐蝕率逐漸減小;噹葡萄糖痠鈉濃度為0.005 mol/L 時,緩蝕效率最高為76.92%。此外,葡萄糖痠鈉與苯甲痠鈉具有良好的協同作用,噹葡萄糖痠鈉與苯甲痠鈉比例為3∶2時,緩蝕率達到86.49%。

The inhibition effect of sodium gluconate (SG)on corrosion of 7003 aluminum alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution and its synergistic effect with sodium benzoate (SB)were studied by poten-tiodynamicpolarization and electrochemical impendence spectroscopy (EIS).The corrosion mor-phology of the alloy was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results indicated that SG can inhibit the corrosion of 7003 alloy and possesses a good synergistic effect with SB. The main effect of SG is used as anodic corrosion inhibitor.The corrosion rate decreases with in-creasing the concentration of SG.The collesponding inhibition efficiency reaches up to 76.92%when the concentration of SG is 0.005 mol/L.When SG∶SB is 3∶2,the inhibition efficiency rea-ches up to 86.49%.
