在职培训有利于企业的人力资本积累,改善企业的学习能力和吸收能力,本文从理论和实证两方面研究了在职培训、研发投入对企业技术创新绩效的影响。研究表明:在职培训和研发投入均能显著提升企业的技术创新绩效,但是培训与研发之间存在的负向互补效应显著不利于创新绩效的提高;国有企业的培训效率偏低,培训对国企的技术创新绩效存在显著不利的影响;对于私营和外资企业,培训却能够显著推动企业的技术创新,但是培训与研发负的互补效应更为显著。
在職培訓有利于企業的人力資本積纍,改善企業的學習能力和吸收能力,本文從理論和實證兩方麵研究瞭在職培訓、研髮投入對企業技術創新績效的影響。研究錶明:在職培訓和研髮投入均能顯著提升企業的技術創新績效,但是培訓與研髮之間存在的負嚮互補效應顯著不利于創新績效的提高;國有企業的培訓效率偏低,培訓對國企的技術創新績效存在顯著不利的影響;對于私營和外資企業,培訓卻能夠顯著推動企業的技術創新,但是培訓與研髮負的互補效應更為顯著。

On-job training is beneficial to human capital accumulation and the promotion of learning and absorptive capacity for enterprises.This paper examines the impact of on-job training and R&D on innovation performance theoretically and empirically.It is found that:on-job training and R&D can significantly improve enterprises'innovation performance respectively,while there is a negative complementary effect between training and R&D which could decrease enterprises'innovation performances;the low efficiency of state-owned enterprise training has significantly adverse effects for technological innovation performance,however,for private and foreign enterprises,on-job training could significantly promote the innovation performance,while the negative complementary between training and R&D is more significant.
