The design of undergraduate students’ graduation thesis in law is to preliminarily investigate the undergraduate students’ comprehensive ability of using theory of law to solve practical problems, it is also one of the important items of the university’s personnel training scheme. But the guidance on undergraduate students’graduation thesis in law must follow certain rules. The guide teacher should pay great attention on the topic, the contentand the format of the thesis,find the problems, and guide students to solve them. The aim is to facilitate the communication between teacherand students, and help the undergraduate students in law school complete the task of writing graduation thesis.
