目的：探讨非自愿入院的精神病患者对治疗与护理的疗效观察。方法选取本院2014年1月~12月收治的85例精神病患者作为研究对象，在研究的过程中我科选取了一些具有临床护理经验的护理工作者和患者进行了深入的交流，详细记录了患者的有关情况，并且针对结果进行了分析。结果经过护理和沟通后本院收治的85例次患者对治疗的结果都感到非常满意。但是在护理的过程中有12例次的患者对药物的反应比较大，护理人员处置不到位。就目前来说护理人员的护理态度和安全性还是让患者感到满意的，但是患者普遍反映目前的护理工作缺乏针对性，而且护理人员的安排不是很合理。结论经过一段时间的调查我们发现了护理工作中存在的问题，因此，在护理的时候对于精神病患者一定要加强沟通。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of the treatment and nursing of the patients with mental il ness who were not admit ed to hospital. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, 85 patients with mental disorders were selected as the research object, in the course of the study, we selected some of the clinical nursing experience of nursing workers and patients with in-depth exchanges, and detailed records of the patients, and the results were analyzed. Results After nursing and communication, the results of 85 patients with the treatment of the patients were very satisfied with the results. But in the process of nursing, there are 12 patients with the drug reaction is relatively large, the nursing staf is not in place. At present, the nursing staf 's at itude and safety of nursing is satisfactory, but the patients general y reflect the lack of pertinence, and the ar angement of nursing staf is not very reasonable. Conclusion After a period of investigation, we found the problems in nursing work, so, in the time of nursing for patients with mental il ness must strengthen communication.
