小说名著《三国演义》对历史材料有所取舍，以蜀汉政权为中心，对蜀汉英雄情有独钟，表现出了进步的英雄观：一是具有崇高的信仰，关心天下兴亡，遵行大义，以国家民族利益为利益；二是具有坚贞不渝的节操，忠于国家，忠于民族，忠于人民，矢志不移；三是具有伟大的进取精神，为完成一项伟大事业而勇往直前，百折不回，鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已。这种进步的英雄观正是蜀汉忠义文化的基本内涵，其形成与宋元时期大张忠义精神的社会思潮有着十分密切的关系。可以说，《三国演义》既是三国历史的客观再现，也是宋元人民忠义精神和民族情感的真实写照。

The classic novel The Romance of the Three Kingdoms makes a choice of historical materials,focusing on the regime of the kingdom of Shu Han,showing special preference to the heroes of Shu Han and shows a progressive concept of hero. Thirdly,they have such a great entrepre-neurial spirit that they will spare no effort to accomplish a great cause. The progressive concept of hero is the basic connotation of Shu Han loyalty culture. Its development closely relates to the spirit of loyalty carried forward in the Song and Yuan Dynasties. So to speak,The Romance of the Three Kingdoms not only objestly reproduces the history of the Three Kingdoms,but also shows a true portrayal of people’s loyalty spirit and national feelings in the Song and yuan Dynasties.
