目的：探讨饮食护理对糖尿病患者病情控制的重要性。方法对68例中老年1型糖尿病患者进行饮食健康教育。结果通过对68例1型糖尿病患者进行饮食健康教育,使所有患者及家属认识到了饮食控制的重要性。88%的患者纠正了不良的饮食倾向,85%的患者掌握并建立了良好的饮食习惯,配合药物、运动等治疗手段,使糖尿病患者的血糖水平得到有效地控制,减少了并发症的发生。结论饮食护理在糖尿患者的护理中能够起到积极的作用,护理人员应该给予高度的关注。

Objective To investigate the importance of diet nursing in the control of diabetes mel itus. Methods Dietary health education was car ied out in 68 patients with type 2 diabetes mel itus. Results 2 cases of type 68 diabetic patients with dietary health education, so that al the patients and their families to recognize the importance of diet control. 88% of the patients were cor ected for the poor diet, 85%of the patients and established a good eating habits, with drugs, exercise and other treatment, so that the blood glucose levels of patients with diabetes can ef ectively control, reduce the occur ence of complications. Conclusion Diet nursing can play a positive role in the nursing of patients with diabetes, and the nursing staf should pay high at ention to it.
