目的：研究分析流行性腮腺炎流行特征，并为对其的防控提供将依据。方法选取2012年~2014年我县流行性腮腺炎的流行特征作为研究对象，对其进行回顾性分析。结果无死亡病例，报告发病率为15.16/10万，主要的发病群体为15岁以下年龄群体，占病例总数的90%。结论相比于2011年~2013年，我县2014年流行性腮腺炎的发病率逐渐降低，提高免疫接种率及保护易感人群，利于预防流行性腮腺炎的流行，是较为有效的防控措施。
목적：연구분석류행성시선염류행특정，병위대기적방공제공장의거。방법선취2012년~2014년아현류행성시선염적류행특정작위연구대상，대기진행회고성분석。결과무사망병례，보고발병솔위15.16/10만，주요적발병군체위15세이하년령군체，점병례총수적90%。결론상비우2011년~2013년，아현2014년류행성시선염적발병솔축점강저，제고면역접충솔급보호역감인군，리우예방류행성시선염적류행，시교위유효적방공조시。
Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of mumps and provide the basis for its prevention and control. Methods The epidemiological characteristics of mumps in 2012~2014 in our county were selected as the research object, and the retrospective analysis was car ied out. Results No deaths were reported, the incidence rate was 15.16/10 mil ion, the main group was 15 years of age group, accounting for 90%of the total number of cases. Conclusion Compared with 2011~2013, the incidence rate of epidemic mumps in our county is gradual y reduced, and it is ef ective to prevent the epidemic of mumps. It is ef ective to prevent the epidemic of mumps in 2014.
