鉴于围岩与 TBM设备故障发生关系密切,结合中天山隧道工程的施工现场数据,从 TBM整机设备各系统的故障发生角度,研究得到不同类型围岩与引起 TBM设备发生故障的对应关系;同时,在不同类型围岩施工段,主要分析 TBM设备主机部分中引起故障发生的部件及原因,并提出预防改进措施。上述分析结论,对提高掘进效率以及掘进机施工的科学管理具有重要意义。
鑒于圍巖與 TBM設備故障髮生關繫密切,結閤中天山隧道工程的施工現場數據,從 TBM整機設備各繫統的故障髮生角度,研究得到不同類型圍巖與引起 TBM設備髮生故障的對應關繫;同時,在不同類型圍巖施工段,主要分析 TBM設備主機部分中引起故障髮生的部件及原因,併提齣預防改進措施。上述分析結論,對提高掘進效率以及掘進機施工的科學管理具有重要意義。

In view of the close relationship between surrounding rock and failure of TBM,and combined with the construc-tion site data of Zhongtianshan Tunnel engineering,corresponding relationship between different classes of surrounding rock and failure of TBMis obtained from the perspective of TBMwhole equipment failure of each system.Meanwhile,in the dif-ferent types of surrounding rock construction,the parts and what’s the reason caused failure in the host part of TBMequip-ment are analyzed,then,the preventive and corrective measures are also put forward.As a result,it is of great significance to improve the efficiency and scientific management in TBMconstruction.
