以牛磺酸和马来酸酐为原料,经酰胺化、环氧化和阴离子开环聚合合成聚环氧N-马来酰-2-氨基乙磺酸钠(P(MA-co-taurine)).采用核磁、红外、质谱、元素分析等手段对目标产物进行结构表征,并通过正交试验设计得出了合成共聚物的最佳工艺条件,即反应温度为95 ℃,反应时间为6 h,催化剂Ca(OH)2 质量分数为4%.合成的P( MA-co-taurine)共聚物具有优良、可控的助洗性能.螯合力和分散力分别为326.8 mg CaCO3/g 、124.9 mg CaCO3/g.用摇床实验法证实目标产物有生物降解性,并与其他洗涤助剂进行了洗涤性能比较.

Sodium salt of Polyepoxy N-maleoyl-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid is synthesized from maleic an-hydride and taurine via amidate,epoxidation and anion ring-opening copolymerization reaction.The structure is characterized with nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1 H-NMR),Fourier transform infrared spec-troscopy ( FTIR),mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis.By an orthogonal testing method,the opti-mized technological conditions are as follows:95 ℃of the reaction temperature,6 h of the reaction time and 4%of the mass fraction of Ca ( OH) 2.The synthetic copolymer P ( MA-co-taurine) has excellent but controllable detergent properties.The chelation and dispersion are 326.8 mg CaCO3/g and 124.9 mg CaCO3/g respectively.The biodegradability of the copolymers can be demonstrated by shaking table test and the properties have been compared with other detergent builders.
