目的：低坡截石位应用于输尿管镜手术的临床应用效果观察。方法以我院2014年2月~2015年6月经尿道输尿管镜手术的60例患者进行回顾性研究。随机分成观察组31例，对照组29例患者。对照组常规标准截石位的体位摆放；观察组采用低坡截石位的体位摆放，观察效果。结论低坡截石位应用于输尿管镜手术对患者血压、心率的影响小于常规截石位；缩短了手术医生进镜时间，降低了各种并发症的发生，提高了医生、患者的满意度。

목적：저파절석위응용우수뇨관경수술적림상응용효과관찰。방법이아원2014년2월~2015년6월경뇨도수뇨관경수술적60례환자진행회고성연구。수궤분성관찰조31례，대조조29례환자。대조조상규표준절석위적체위파방；관찰조채용저파절석위적체위파방，관찰효과。결론저파절석위응용우수뇨관경수술대환자혈압、심솔적영향소우상규절석위；축단료수술의생진경시간，강저료각충병발증적발생，제고료의생、환자적만의도。
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of low slope cut ing stone in the treatment of ureter mir or surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients in our hospital from 2014 to February 6 menstrual 2015 ureteroscopic operation were retrospectively studied. Randomly divided into observation group 31 cases, control group of 29 cases. In the control group, the position of the standard section was placed in the position of the control group.
