本试验旨在研究高粱饲粮中添加复合酶制剂对爱拔益加( AA)肉仔鸡生长性能、表观代谢能、蛋白质表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响. 选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡1 200只,随机分为6个组,每个组10个重复,每个重复20只鸡. 对照组饲喂基础饲粮( 1~21日龄含8%高粱,22~35日龄含15%高粱) ,试验组分别饲喂添加不同高粱专用酶组合(复合酶制剂A、B、C、D和E)的基础饲粮,试验期35 d. 结果表明,与对照组相比,复合酶制剂B能显著提高肉仔鸡的平均体重( P<0.05) ,显著提高肉仔鸡的欧洲综合指数( EPI) ( P<0.05) ,改善了肉仔鸡的成活率和料重比( P>0.05) ,提高了饲粮表观代谢能和蛋白质表观消化率( P>0.05);各复合酶制剂对肉仔鸡血清生化指标未产生显著影响( P>0.05). 综合各项测定指标,在本试验条件下,高粱饲粮中添加复合酶制剂能改善肉仔鸡的生长性能;结合复合酶的酶谱表明,复配高粱酶制剂时应该考虑提高果胶酶和蛋白酶的配比.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of sorghum diet adding compound enzyme preparation on growth performance, apparent metabolic energy, protein apparent digestibility and serum bio-chemical parameters of Arbor Acres ( AA) broiler chickens. A total of 1 200 one-day old AA broiler chickens were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet ( contained 8% sorghum at 1 to 21 days of age and 15% sorghum at 22 to 35 days of age) , and the experimental groups were fed the diets adding different profiles of compound sor-ghum enzymes ( compound enzyme preparation A, B, C, D and E) . The experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the compound enzyme preparation B significantly im-proved the average weight and European productive index ( EPI) of broilers ( P<0.05) , significantly improved the survival rate of broilers and reduce the feed to gain ratio (P<0.05), and improve the apparent metabolic energy and protein apparent digestibility (P>0.05). Compound enzyme preparations had no effects on serum biochemical parameters of broiler chickens (P>0.05). In conclusion, under the current experimental design, compound enzyme preparation can improve the growth performance of broilers fed with sorghum diet. Further-more, integrating the enzyme profiles of the experimental compound enzymes with our data, we suggest that increasing the proportion of pectinase and protease when enzymes are designed for sorghum diet.
