为达到PET无菌瓶轻量化的目的,对“肋骨”式加强筋、“真空板”、“五爪”瓶底等结构设计进行研究,在此基础上,设计出合理拉伸率的瓶胚,并进行吹瓶应用测试。结果表明,“肋骨”式加强筋可提高16%以上的瓶子顶压,“五爪”式的底部设计可降低17%以上的瓶底积料,“真空板”可加强瓶子的抗负压能力。对于PET-500mL轻量化无菌瓶,与旧瓶型相比,每个瓶子可减重3.0g,按年产2亿瓶计,年可节约600吨PET原料。

위체도PET무균병경양화적목적,대“륵골”식가강근、“진공판”、“오조”병저등결구설계진행연구,재차기출상,설계출합리랍신솔적병배,병진행취병응용측시。결과표명,“륵골”식가강근가제고16%이상적병자정압,“오조”식적저부설계가강저17%이상적병저적료,“진공판”가가강병자적항부압능력。대우PET-500mL경양화무균병,여구병형상비,매개병자가감중3.0g,안년산2억병계,년가절약600둔PET원료。
In order to achieve the lightweight of PET bottle,the effects of“rib”,“vacuum-plate”,“five claws”on bottle structural strength were investigated. On this basis,the reasonable tension ratio of the perform was designed,and the bottle blowing application was tested. The experimental results showed that,the bottle strength was enhanced 16% by“rib”structural design,and the material accumulation at the bottle bottom was reduced 17% by“five claws”bottom design. What's more,the ability of anti-negative pressure was strengthened by“vacuum-plate”at the middle bottle. For the aseptic light-weighted PET-500mL bottle,each bottle can be reduced 3.0g. According to an annual output of 2million bottles,600 tons of PET raw materials is saved every year.
