本研究选取8例确诊的早期肺癌患者和10例健康对照,用定量PCR方法检测血液中多个炎症相关因子和肿瘤相关因子的表达变化。结果表明原癌基因c-myc、周期基因cyclin-D的表达在肺癌患者中明显升高,而P53、PTEN、cdc2、JNK、PCNA表达被明显抑制。促炎症反应因子检测中,白介素1β(interleukin 1β,IL-1β),IL-6,IL-8,IL-12,TNF-α,β-干扰素(Interferonβ,IFN-β)的表达明显升高,而CCL7,CCL24的表达被明显抑制。本研究表明肿瘤相关基因及促炎症反应因子的表达水平变化可用于肺癌早期诊断及病程监测。

본연구선취8례학진적조기폐암환자화10례건강대조,용정량PCR방법검측혈액중다개염증상관인자화종류상관인자적표체변화。결과표명원암기인c-myc、주기기인cyclin-D적표체재폐암환자중명현승고,이P53、PTEN、cdc2、JNK、PCNA표체피명현억제。촉염증반응인자검측중,백개소1β(interleukin 1β,IL-1β),IL-6,IL-8,IL-12,TNF-α,β-간우소(Interferonβ,IFN-β)적표체명현승고,이CCL7,CCL24적표체피명현억제。본연구표명종류상관기인급촉염증반응인자적표체수평변화가용우폐암조기진단급병정감측。
In this study,we choose two lung cancer patients and two healthy controls and detect the expression variation of chemokines and tumor-related molecules in blood by quantitative PCR.The results showed P53,PTEN,cdc2,JNK,PCNA were obviously inhibited in early lung cancer patients,while c-myc and cyclin-D expressions were up-regulated compared with healthy control.In pro-inflammatory molecules detection,it was found that IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-12,IFN-βand TNF-αwere induced while CCL7 and CCL24 were inhibited in lung cancer patients.Our research uncovered the importance of chemokines and tumor-related factors in lung cancer diagnosis and process.
