为了探索爬山虎根皮中白藜芦醇提取的最佳条件,以白藜芦醇浸提率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,应用正交设计法优化爬山虎根皮中白藜芦醇的提取条件。结果表明:乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间对爬山虎根皮中白藜芦醇的提取效果有显著影响,且为非线性关系;最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度70%、提取温度60℃、提取时间48 h,料液比1 g/6 mL;在此条件下白藜芦醇的提取率为75 mg/kg。

Organic solvent extraction is used to extract the resveratrol in the ivy root bark. In order to explore the optimum extracting condition of resveratrol,the experiment took the extraction rate of resveratrol as the in-dex,and applied the orthogonal experimental design basing on the single factor to optimize the extraction con-dition of the resveratrol in the ivy root bark. The results indicate that the extracting temperature and time have prominent effects on the extraction of the resveratrol,but their relation is nonlinear. Under the best extraction conditions of ethanol concentration 70%,extraction temperature 60℃,extraction time 48 h,and ratio of ma-terial to ether 1 g/6 mL,the extraction rate is 75 mg/kg.
