地方高校的体育专业所培养的人才主要服务于地方的各个学校当中，通过对地方高校体育专业毕业和用人单位的调查之后发现，用人单位所需要的体育专业人才一定要适应社会的实际需求，本文就将从教学过程中社会需求对体育专业学生的关系这一角度，探寻出一条适合地方高校人才培养模式的改革途径。
