探讨经皮神经电刺激与针刺对手术后疼痛的影响。采用前瞻性研究方法，将215例手术后疼痛的患者经皮神经电刺激(TENS)与针刺进行统计分析。皮神经电刺激(TENS)与针刺对我院外科腹部、胸部、骨科、妇科手术后疼痛有显著的镇痛效果。

Objective To investigate the ef ects of electrical stimulation and acupuncture on postoperative pain. Methods A prospective study was performed on 215 patients with postoperative pain after percutaneous nerve stimulation (TENS) and acupuncture. Conclusion Percutaneous nerve stimulation (TENS) and acupuncture on the surgical abdomen, chest, Department of orthopedics, gynecological surgery, postoperative pain has a significant analgesic ef ect.
