为了开辟海藻渣废物利用的新途径,以工厂中提取海藻酸后产生的废渣为原料,采用浓盐酸预处理和纤维素酶、果胶酶、木聚糖酶、木瓜蛋白酶复合酶酶解,制得海藻液肥,讨论了不同的酶解条件对海藻渣提取率的影响。结果表明:较为理想的酶解条件为酶用量为9(相对于海藻渣的质量比),酶配方为纤维素酶50%,果胶酶30%,木聚糖酶10%,木瓜蛋白酶10%,pH7.0,温度40℃,酶解时间24 h时海藻渣的提取率为46.21%。

위료개벽해조사폐물이용적신도경,이공엄중제취해조산후산생적폐사위원료,채용농염산예처리화섬유소매、과효매、목취당매、목과단백매복합매매해,제득해조액비,토론료불동적매해조건대해조사제취솔적영향。결과표명:교위이상적매해조건위매용량위9(상대우해조사적질량비),매배방위섬유소매50%,과효매30%,목취당매10%,목과단백매10%,pH7.0,온도40℃,매해시간24 h시해조사적제취솔위46.21%。
In order to open up new way of seaweed residue recycling ,taking waste produced in the factory after extracting alginate as the raw material ,which was pretreated with concentrated hydrochloric acid and hydro‐lyzed by cellulase ,pectinase ,xylanase and papain .Then the seaweed fertilizer was prepared .The effect of differ‐ent hydrolysis conditions for extraction rate of the seaweed residue were studied .The results showed that the more ideal hydrolysis conditions were enzyme adding amount of 9 (w/w relative to the algae residue) ,enzyme formula of cellulose 50% ,pectinase 30% ,xylanase 10% and papain 10% ,pH 7 .0 ,temperature 40℃ conditions for 24 hours ,the extraction rate of the seaweed residue was 46 .21% .
