目的:优化当归补血汤中多糖的提取工艺。方法:选取液固比、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,以当归补血汤中多糖提取率为响应值,采用中心组合设计(CCD)-响应面法(RSM)对其提取工艺进行优选。结果:影响当归补血汤中多糖提取的因素顺序依次为:提取温度、提取时间、液固比。结论:在液固比13∶1,温度93℃条件下提取2次,每次2.4 h,是该方中多糖提取的最优工艺。
目的:優化噹歸補血湯中多糖的提取工藝。方法:選取液固比、提取溫度、提取時間為攷察因素,以噹歸補血湯中多糖提取率為響應值,採用中心組閤設計(CCD)-響應麵法(RSM)對其提取工藝進行優選。結果:影響噹歸補血湯中多糖提取的因素順序依次為:提取溫度、提取時間、液固比。結論:在液固比13∶1,溫度93℃條件下提取2次,每次2.4 h,是該方中多糖提取的最優工藝。
목적:우화당귀보혈탕중다당적제취공예。방법:선취액고비、제취온도、제취시간위고찰인소,이당귀보혈탕중다당제취솔위향응치,채용중심조합설계(CCD)-향응면법(RSM)대기제취공예진행우선。결과:영향당귀보혈탕중다당제취적인소순서의차위:제취온도、제취시간、액고비。결론:재액고비13∶1,온도93℃조건하제취2차,매차2.4 h,시해방중다당제취적최우공예。
Objective:To optimize the extraction craft for polysaccharide in Chinese angelica blood ton-ic soup.Methods:In order to optimize the extraction craft,the investigation factors,including the liquid -solid ratio,extraction temperature,and extraction time,were selected.The extraction ratio for polysaccharide in Chinese angelica blood tonic soup was chose as the response value,center combination design (CCD)was adopted and the response surface method (RSM)was employed .Results:The effect order for extracting pol-ysaccharide in Chinese angelica blood tonic soup is as follow:The extraction temperature > extraction time>the liquid -solid ratio.Conclusion:The best extracting craft was established:the solid -liquid ratio is 13:1,the extraction temperature is 93℃,the extraction time is 2.4 h and extract 2 times with the material.
