目的：本文的主要目的在于研究精神科的护理人员自身的心理健康状况。方法本次研究所采用的方法是抽查法。采取随机抽查的方式选取我院精神病院的护理工作人员共计132例次，这些护理工作人的工作年限均大于1年。在测评的过程中使用针对此次研究调查所专门制定的调查表和症状自评量表井下统一的测评。结果经过我们的分析后发现，我院精神科护理工作者可能存在心理问题的人员有28例次，占总数的21.2%。其中和全国常模进行了一个系统的比较。结果发现出了躯体化因子与恐怖因子不具有统计学上的差异外，其余几项都要比全国常模低，差异具体统计学上的意义，小于0.05。结论应该加强对精神科护理人员的心理状况诊治。

Objective The main purpose of this paper is to study the mental health status of nurses in psychiatric department. Methods The method used in this study is a random sampling method.
